Up to 20 people were feared dead in Kenya on Tuesday after the five-storey building under construction collapsed, trapping workers under piles of rubble.

UGANDA…UNREST.

Security forces in Uganda clashed with rioters for a second day on Friday over a row between the government and the kingdom of Buganda.
